- €10/ adult
- Under 2s are free but do not get a gift. If you want a gift you must book a child ticket.

This is an outdoor event, please dress according to the weather. No refunds for bad weather unless we close due to weather warnings
The bears may be hibernating so you are not guaranteed to see them.
Masks must be worn inside and out - the management reserves the right to refuse entry to anyone not wearing a mask
