Ireland’s popular international BBQ festival, a celebration of the art of cooking with fire & smoke, returns to the leafy surrounds of Herbert Park this August, where the very best Irish and international chefs, restaurants and barbecue experts come together to celebrate and explore the delicious challenges, skillful techniques, and pure magic of cooking over live fire.

The Big Grill will allow you to smell, taste, discover and learn about all kinds of BBQing grilling, smoking, meats and delicacies from around the globe, all washed down with a choice craft beer or cider.
